Have had breakfast and dinner there several times. Small cute restaurant with fine cuisine. Everything we had so far was great. Very friendly staff ☺️

Restaurant in the Hotel Hinrichs in Carolinensiel, a table was reserved for us on the terrace. There are u. a. Ostfriesenbräu from the flip-top bottle! We started with fish soup. It was very good. Unfortunately the fried cod fillet was not perfect, it was thin and too dry. The plaice fillet was okay, a little too much bacon on it for my taste. The cook came to us and listened to our criticism. Kudos for this, because some cooks don't even come to the guests! There was a little reparation on the house. Thank you. The service was very friendly and attentive.

You can eat really well here. The service is very friendly and changes (mashed potatoes instead of potatoes) were made in a friendly manner.
